It's a simple business proposition, allowing users to receive additional Binks each time they Bink.
Every thousandth landmark Bink can be exchanged for a bag of Shotaa's finest Welsh chocolate raisins.

The raisins are perfectly edible if they're soaked in rum for a couple of weeks.
Or yourself. Either approach is acceptable, as is brandy, Southern Comfort, although Mintu and Irn Bru is frowned upon in certain circles...
