Before you can see the recommendation system, in all its glory, you need to amend your Display Options, which you'll find here: ucp.php?i=ucp_prefs&mode=view

My reply was off-topic and probably inaccurate! Deliberately. This being where we are. I'm sure you are right though. I seem to recall amending a setting somewhere or other, when stooz was playing around, but I've no idea where, when and how.
