Currently I'm looking at a 4 wheel drive Mini...so far so normal...but this has a picture of one with a tent on the roof rack...with people sleeping in it!

Well, I keep getting ads from Banggood.com, which seems to be a supplier of a huge range of goods, some of them definitely NSFW. I had an advert come up with a picture of a strange device that piqued my curiosity and made the mistake of clicking on the advert. It seems the picture was of something that allows ladies to wee standing up. Since then it has followed me around on this and other sites. Time to delete my cookies I think!

At present I'm seeing an ad for a Regenerate London bond, allegedly paying 7% interest. I don't know why, as I never have and never would buy a fixed interest bond.

And I would personally view any bond offering 7% as too good to be true.

I see one of those too, but that's looking at (or rather, through) my 'Anglian Windows'. My 'Microsoft Windows' is blissfully ad-free.

This ad contains the deliciously ambiguous line "Capital at risk"...does this mean dear old London Town is in danger or perhaps more likely that our dear old cash is in danger?

I have to say though I am currently wondering why I have ads for "PVC benders" on my screen...

I rather doubt it The ads appear in a box indicating they are provided by 'Google Ads', and in this relatively undeveloped country it might be that few local companies pay to advertise in this way. So rather than getting anything personally relevant, I'm getting what they have that's local.

They're google ads aren't they. So I get ads from several places I have previously bought things (amazon and rapid electronics), and several things I have googled in the past (private islands!).

I do wonder why both the retailers insist on showing me the SAME things I have just bought from them. Surely they'd have more success showing similar or related items that I might want, rather than things that they know I already have!

I'm seeing an advert for Ping clubs from Americangolf. I've never bought from them and I prefer Callaways but broadly it follows my recent browsing history.

(Adverts for lessons might be more apt).
