Italian Election Analysis/Consequences

Now that the C-R coalition has won, I was looking for some info on their proposed policies and especially the so-called "parallel currency plan":

This is the only real analysis I have found so far:
https://en.nikkoam.com/articles/2018/02/italian-elections-more-of-the-same-political-dysfunction
Anyone else have any thoughts or articles to share?
It would be interesting to see the parallel currency or flat-tax put to the test.
PS:
I follow a global investing portfolio based on the rankings here
https://www.starcapital.de/en/research/stock-market-valuation/
Italy was in 10th Spot based as of 31.01.2018 and I think the election results should be positive.
You can "buy Italy" via iShares MSCI Italy Capped ETF (EWI) for a 0.49% charge according to Morningstar.
