France reinforces military presence in Eastern Mediterranean

"France is temporarily increasing its military presence in the Eastern Mediterranean in coming days, ....., The situation in the eastern Mediterranean is worrying. Turkey's unilateral decisions on oil exploration [in waters between Greece & Cyprus] are causing tensions. ...... Macron expressed the solidarity of France and the European Union with any member state whose sovereignty is challenged."

Further evidence as to why it is time to end the oil economy and move to renewable energy, thereby making many oil resources not viable.

Suppose Turkey made a unilateral decision for lithium exploration in the waters between Greece and Cyprus, to make batteries to store renewable energy. Whould that be evidence that renewable energy is not viable?
