Bouncing Pound

Postby TimR » October 12th, 2017, 11:33 pm

Earlier today the pound tumbled after the EU’s chief Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier told reporters that talks around Britain’s divorce payment had become deadlocked, hitting as low as $1.3122. But later the pound jumped after a report that the European Union could offer Britain a two-year transitional Brexit deal to $1.3292 , up more than 0.4 percent on the day.

Always amused when currency traders talk about jumps & tumbles to describe movements of less than a %.

Kinda wonder what adjectives & adverbs such folk use for the moves in bitcoin.
