Came across this blog in my morning reading yesterday, thought it might be of interest. Think it’s interesting as Australia is always lionised, but if you look deeper the situation might not be as great as you think.

That,s a fair dinkum read.

I didn,t like the thought that so many mortgages are interest only, thus feeding a debt mountain.

And that unfunded Chinese are fuelling the house prices.
