Transfer of Shares

My brother, who lives in Tenerife ,wishes to transfer his holding in Sabadell shares to myself based in the UK.
The shares are held in Sabadell's nominee account.
Sabadell have informed him that they are unable to transfer the shares to a UK nominee account, for instance,HL.
Can anybody suggest a way if doing this?
