I'm not sure where to post this...
Has anyone had any dealings with bricklane.com?
The headline is that it's a hassle-free way to invest in UK residential property for rental income and capital growth, which sounds interesting as a diversifier since I quite light on property. Underlying it are two Guernsey-listed REITs (London and non-London "Regional Capitals"), which I can find on the website of The International Stock Exchange (formerly known as the Channel Islands Stock Exchange), but I don't think I can deal there. So any investment would be through the Bricklane.com platform, so I don't know what the actual security would be.
Any ideas?
TIA,
Paul

Re: Bricklane.com
What Fred said....and if your light on property and want a REIT try WPC. Listed in the states. This will give you a diversified holding of US and European (including UK) property.....oh and a 6per cent yield.
