I do love these videos (except the Crypto one) however your post has confused me.

Which definition of "quite" are you using?

"Quite" as in absolutely or "quite" as in fairly. I do think "quite" is the most ridiculous word in the English language.

I intended "fairly" in contrast to the very. Actually, I thought that "quite" was a little stronger than "fairly" in that context. "Quite" can be a confusing word with opposite meanings in different contexts:

My Art teacher once put Very Fair in my school report. Obviously lower than Good, but in which direction?
