My Experience is the the charges are higher but that's equivalent to paying up front for advice.
In return the investments have perceived better than others with lower fees

If you couple average performance with above average charges, returns are likely to be in the dog house.

Well, marketing matters. It sounds like a place for poshos with too much money and not enough sense, Tim Nice-But-Dim, etc. Like Coutts, the bank that's too posh to permit jumped-up proles like Farridge.

Farridge, of course, is known to be an effective wind-up for the honourable candidate for Sarf Fannet (failed). It drives him crazy, apparently.

In our house, the farridge is where we keep the milk. :D
