On Netflix, a bit like "Drive to Survive" was re. F1. Highly recommended.

Thanks for the tip. Finished. I could watch stuff like this endlessly, cycling or other sports/events also. Really enjoyed The Last Dance which was the Michael Jordan/Bulls one.
I was slightly puzzled by The TdF Unchained and its target audience. If they were targeting non-cycling folks, I think they jumped around the 21 stages too much and didn't do enough on the basics of cycling stage races.
Only 2 weeks to this year's TdF start, and for added British spice this year, Cav does have a place and there remains the [slim] possibility that he'll get his magical record 35th stage win. He did win the final sprint in the Giro in Rome the other week so he has some form.
