Old Adobe Products om MacOS Catalina

With the impending doom of stand-alone Lightroom 6.14 running/installing on the latest MacOS, I have been looking at alternative RAW converters and have been pleasantly surprised at how far Darktable and RawTherapee have come, they really are giving LR a run for its money. There are some good tutorials on Youtube to see what they can do.
I imagine my photo-editing workflow to be a combination of Lightroom 6.14, Darktable, RawTherapee and GIMP going forward as I do not want to be held hostage to an Adobe subscription package.
