Amazing car boot find in a box bought for £4 . Buyer would like to identify the family in the pictures .
They must have been fairly affluent as there was a note on the box mentioning holidays at Honfleur .

The BBC article is here https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-45247730 and, as stated, the label inside the box includes the name Henri Mabile but the ***Twitter feed comments suggest this may be a square in Rennes and that the plates may not match the descriptions. Another (missing?) plate is described as "The artillery of Honfleur".
Near the foot Greg Pack or his son is said to be "... thinking about taking them to the National Portrait Gallery in London, where experts can help with photo identification.". Skimming the feed below, the suggestion is presently that the images "were taken in England of an English family" and more images to come.
