1 My local GP practice gets a review rating of 1.8 on google maps.
This is far below average and the only other practice nearby with a similar rating is in the next village, RUN BY EXACTLY THE SAME PEOPLE.
I see exactly why they get such a rating.
2 I've noticed the NHS periodically sends out GP Patient surveys. These always seem to be for a tenant who left my house several years ago. I was wondering why I never get one.
Then, this year, I get one.
Perhaps it's a coincidence, but I haven't been to the doctor for over 5 years, the longest period for some time. Perhaps that's the qualifying period for receiving a survey for an organisation that has good reasons for not wanting feedback ?
Obviously, I have no recent experience of trying to get an appointment etc, which is relevant to answering their questions.
