Learning to Throw a Ball

#335197

Postby feder1 » August 23rd, 2020, 6:49 am

I put the thread on DAK “Which Ball can you Throw the Furthest” because I wished to learn how to throw a ball properly.

I found an excellent Wikihow to throw a Baseball video and learnt a lot. Then I found a different style of throwing used to learn how to serve at tennis from “Tennis Serve Lesson for Beginners” from Essential Tennis. I looked at Softball too.

Practising these methods has been good fun in the back garden and taught me about body twist.

Indoors we use small beanbags and a plastic box as the target.

In addition, my tennis serving action is improving because of this from practising swinging the raquet in the garden.

Honestly, considering your username, do you not already have this off to a fine art? ;)
