Having suffered some of life's ups and downs I came across a mindfulness book that helped change the way I think and look at things.
It's called Mindfulness Plain and Simple by Oli Doyle. It is a really small short book but very well written.
I've bought a few copies for friends and family. Most seemed to like it.
