Creating joy filled baubles? dancing to music in our kitchens while cooking?
God help us, I'd rather stay miserable...

In its own way, it's all quite sound. I do take pleasure in the smell of my morning coffee (and the taste of my evening vino collapso, although for some reason she doesn't mention that one. :? ) The suggestion of keeping a diary, even if it's just a list of nice things, is pretty good. It's just that, as soon as you write these things down in an article, you're left sounding as though you're somewhere midway between Reader's Digest and the Dalai Lama.

I'm very much into Mindful Walks in the country. They're as good as mindless walks, and what's more you don't tread in the cowpats. I also very much enjoy Vor pleasures. (What else are pleasures vor?) And Vor Dinner, and Vor Play, and Vor Chrissakes turn that stupid telly off. You have been Vor Warned!

Does anyone want to help me put a list together so I get a dividend every day :D

I suppose I just need 31 monthly payers.

I have today covered with GSK. Woop woop
But they are rebased :(
But it's better than last year :D

This isn't as easy as I thought. Did enjoy my 1st coffee in bed this morning and now I have some anticipation of finding something nice on yellow lable when I go to the shops later.

I could do another 10 packets of salmon at 20p each deal if you are listening Shopping god.
