This REIT in the FTSE250 has been flagged as a cutter or dividend canceller.

The recent RNS seems (unusually) to be announcing a continuation of the dividends.

Yes, at a lower level. Was 1.4375, will be 1.30. Is that not a cut?

"Cut" is often used in the sense of "discontinued" or "cancelled". It's confusing, I know.

I hold LXI, and have done for a couple of years now.

I would have thought that in a thread that says "cut cancelled or suspended dividends" it should be pretty obvious it is not the case on that thread.

Yes, agreed. In retrospect, a thread titled "cancelled, reduced, or suspended dividends" would have been clearer. "Cut" is ambiguous.

I intend being a holder of LXI shares before the ex div date above, thereby further diversifying my exposure to REITs in my HYP.
OK, I've missed the recent gains in the LXI sp, but that doesn't bother me. I intend being a holder of LXI for many years to come.

A large purchase of LXI REIT, by partner and fund manager, Simon Lee. Certainly a bit larger than my average purchases.

Refreshed my view of this REIT the past weekend and it is still my favourite income holding. Diversified across resilient sectors with long dated leases; capped debt; management have a big holding and low management charge on market cap so I added fairly substantially yesterday. I have held since the vaccine news back in late 2020 and continue to be impressed with them.
