Hold both.
Both subject to cash calls.
Prospectuses read similarly (to my untutored eye)
I can't find much fault with either since launch - tho' EBOX took some time to cover initial price.
My inclination is towards 'working property'
with ASLI WHR BBOX SLI among others.
My problem is I can't see why I should buy one rather than the other.
I want income that seems reasonably safe.
I feel a bias against domestic/residential property as being vulnerable to 'welfare priorities' and expect that there will be cash calls across the whole market that will probably be for more sophisticated investors.
Insights into the named two would be much appreciated.
At 84yo I have to anticipate the possibility of much higher living costs and I'm trying to achieve that from income.

I also hold both, and will be taking up both.
However, I don't view them as similar. EBOX is "big boxes" in Europe. LXI is lots of different things, here in the UK.
For instance, the money being raised will be invested in a pipeline comprising "a range of defensive and structurally supported sub-sectors, including foodstores, industrial, drive-thru coffee and garden centres."

So why were you?
Your view at 84 may well be different
Why did you assume that I was "looking for the very highest yields"
I asked opinion on two stock offers - providing a little personal background.
I didn't ask for lifestyle choice advice

Thanks, I see the point you are making, in that already holding both and with each having individual characteristics, the greater variety within a sector that I favour, does not make either appear preferable. I will take up the offer and apply for excess in both
