Even if a pessimistic view is taken of the Southport loan, it appears that there could be a reasonable (i.e greater than 10%, hopefully around 20%) IRR available here as a parking place for spare cash the next 18 months or so
I'm sure there are a few potential nasties lurking that haven't been spotted - hence this post !!
