Anticipating some capital back from Hansteen, I've been looking at Sirius Real Estate Limited (SRE) and wondering if anyone has a view. Sirius RE, recently listed on the Main Market, operates business parks, offices and industrial complexes in Germany, mainly Frankfurt, Munich and Berlin, and has recently made it's first > £ 5OM asset sale. Currently yielding c. 4.25%
