Hi
I am not sure if this is the correct board if not no doubt the moderator will advise
I have not been receiving any e mail up date for a few weeks
I have e mailed them several times but have received no reply
Has anyone any suggestions as to how I can sort this out

Why not email them? They have always proved helpful in the past when I have needed to contact them.

Then I'd start to wonder if this is an email problem...

From 2005 and that relates to missing articles.
Suggest you study the thread previously linked. A few of us have been able to log-in etc with success, but without success in getting the emailed alerts. It is all recorded in the topic kiloran linked to :
