Depends which club, about £60 pm.
Why don't you phone them?

If you phone you get told to come on a tour/hard sell. £60 must be the lowest in the country with the least facilities!
Most locations have a price schedule on their individual site web-pages, e.g. here's one for Southampton:

Please be aware that prices vary per club: from £55 at Luton, Port Solent and Belfast, from £60 at Nottingham.
From their website

I've never been to one, but I think that they are ridiculously expensive personally. Have you got other options nearby? David Lloyd seems to be the most expensive of the lot where I live.

Re: David Lloyd Club membership cost?
The ones I have been to are very nice. The big selling point (I don't know if this is the case at every one) is that they have outdoor and indoor tennis facilities as well as the more normal gym, pool and classes combinations. There isn't much competition if that is what you want.
My kids used to do swimming classes there but they insist that the children also have to be members of the "club" (They are owned by private equity) which made it massively expensive. They now swim at local council facilities.

I suspect one of the big selling points for some people is that the other members are people who can afford to pay those prices.
