Spirits of Salts should do it.

I tried that (aka Hydrochloric Acid drain cleaner akin to OneShot) to descale a toilet pan. Well the limescale fizzed off in about 20 seconds flat - wow/great!, but then I wasn't anticipating it taking off a good amount of the ceramic's glazed surface either. I don't recommend it

Citric acid diluted in water and sprayed on. Dissolves all limescale. 1-2 ½ teaspoons of citric acid and 1 cup of water.

50/50 Thick bleach and water. Wear safety glasses and have a well ventilated room. Spray or Sponge/green block. Really good for tiles and bath

Once you have cleaned the limescale off the glass using one of the various methods suggested, I can recommend the use of a Karcher Windowvac to clean the shower after use. They are much better than the squeege type devices, removing a much higher percentage of the water, so the glass remains clear and scale free. This worked a treat for us in the hard water areas of the Thames Valley, but we still use it in the soft water of Devon.

I know there are slightly cheaper window vac alternatives to the Karcher one, but I have only used the Karcher one, so can't comment on the others.

Our Matki shower has this problem but the glass has a protective coating of some sort and once the limescale gets through that, it is impossible to get off. It is very easy to damage the coating. Any of the following will damage it and invalidate the guarantee.

Acidic-based descaler products
Abrasive cleaning fluids
Cleaning products containing bleach or solvents
Any cleaning fluids with a pH level exceeding 8
Products containing Sodium Carbonate
Products containing Potassium Hydroxide and other strong alkaline agents
