Welsh title ??

Would anyone know the name of this Welsh hymn/song/duet from a 1986 Dechrau Canu, Dechrau Canmol programme??

I don't know it and my Welsh is sketchy at best but I recognise a few words:
pwy sy'n rhoi yr blodau? - Who gives the flowers?
... hardd a glan - beautiful and clean
pwy sy'n anfon haulwen - who sends sunshine?
pwy sy'n gynnu'r gwynt - Who raises the wind?

Neb ond duw - Nobody but God

Many thanks for talking the trouble to explain those words. At least it gives me a favour of what's going on. I'm not religious but for some reason this simple kind of performance just strikes a chord. Cheers.

Just to tidy this thread up, this information came from the Welsh Hymn Society @ http://www.emynau.org/ which was given to me by the TV channel S4C. Just goes to demonstrate the usefulness of the internet !
