Dada sculpture

Information needed - please! A Dada artist created a clay(?) sculpture in a living room, possibly in the form of a tree. He invited other artists to create or bring small pieces of art and place them inside the sculpture where they were sealed up never to be seen again. Does anyone know any details of this story, who the artist was, where the sculpture was created and who the contributors might have been?
