A had a job three years ago. Quit said job. Went to college. Left college (no qualification). Unemployed about a year or more - no JSA as had previously quit job. Worked for 18 months, full time, PAYE Sched E.
If A's job comes to anj and because his emplyer's branch folds and there is no suitable employment available for him, and as < 2 years employment can just be "let go"...
1) can A claim JSA?
2) at what sort of level?
