actionfraud.police.uk on its own shouldn't get you anywhere.

I accessed the Start reporting section here https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ continuing as a Guest but only went as far as "What did the fraud relate to?". The website appeared to be functioning well enough up to that point.

The only real purpose of that site is so that the police can make the case to be paid more, and to still do nothing. As with everything on the internet, if you don't know what the product is - then it is you. All you are doing is giving them the evidence base to get more bums on seats.

I have never managed to get the police to pay any attention whatsoever to any online fraud, or to resolve any local petty crime. That is the reality.
