BT Data Integrity Issue

#210233

Postby Andy46 » March 25th, 2019, 9:23 pm

Hi,

I have tried to switch from Sky to BT Broadband. However, my order has been cancelled due to a data integrity issue. Does anyone know what this means?

Thanks

Apparently it means something in BT's records about you doesn't add up. This may be due an old land line number still being in some parts of your records while other parts have your new number. See for example...
