Briefly, we booked Uber from LGW on Sunday. Driver made contact, we accepted, agreed pick up point. We couldn't find car. We stayed in touch with driver (poor English), he then terminated call and that was last we heard of him.
We re booked with Uber, car arrived as same pick up point.
Now on credit card I have 4 charges
a) 2 x £52 from first car
b) 2 x £46 from second car
I can't access my Uber account for some reason.
All I want to do is to send an email to put Uber on notice that I am not due to pay 3 of the 4 charges.
Googling gives a complaints email which have sent to and it has bounced back. There is an 0808 tel number but as overseas can't get through to.
Anyone have a current and valid Uber Email for UK customers? All I want to do is to register the complaint. (in meantime will stop 3 of 4 charged with BCard although they will want evidence I have questioned with the provider)
Many thanks

Unless you are going away for more then two weeks, I would leave the matter, and deal with it when you come back home.

Just go into the app, select the menu at the top left, then help, then 'trip issues and refunds', select each of the three you had an issue with and all the options you need are there.
But if you really want to call them then 0808 169 7335.
