"useless" Love2Shop vouchers

I recently "won" £100 of "Love 2 Shop" vouchers. i live ina small market town in central wiltshire where the nearest "big town" is 16-20 miles away.

I don't "do" shopping.

Having looked at the places the vouchers can be redeemed (10 x £10 vouchers FTR) there really are very vfew places I would likely "shop".

That's an awful lot of bird food from Wilco's. Or 2nd hand clothing from British Heart Foundation. We don;t tend to frequent chain "restaurants" either, preferring independents. Maybe I'll just have to spend £100 in Iceland.

I did offer them to my (adult - just) daughter who may shop in some of teh stores, at half price ie buy a £10 voucher for a fiver, so we both win. But she thought I should giove them to her for free. No chance!

Anyone any ideas what else I can do with them? Can one sell them on Ebay? Do charoties take them?

DAK?

A search on Ebay for "Love 2 Shop" suggests you could get close to face value for them.

I have always regarded children (adult or not) as charities, so what's the difference?

Making up enough vouchers to get some sort of offer where they won't take mixed cash and vouchers?

If you check the bidding history of that first item (yes, I was that saddo), there were automatic bids in the early stages, but the last two over-the-top bidders appear to have been real live humans. And what's all the more odd was that one of them seems to have been bidding against himself.

I had £100 of LtoS vouchers, but I like to shop at Iceland. Unfortunaetly it costs me about £10 to get there and back but with that amount it was worth it.

However, should I have wanted to spend elsewhere, there is a facility to purchase a 'virtual mastercard' which would have let me shop on line at various retailers, including Argos.

I am assuming this is still available and may be useful to anyone which the opportunity to get them.

I paid £55 for a £50 voucher on ebay once.

It was only over the odds if you don't count the £25 off a £50+ spend voucher ebay were good enough to email me for no particular reason.

There's a website for everything nowadays

https://www.zeek.me/gb/sell-gift-cards/

https://www.cardyard.co.uk/sell#!/sell-wizard

to name but two.

No connection to either nor have I used either. Caveat vendor.

As it turns out the distaff half of the family use about 20 gallons of shampoo, conditioner and whatever other hair products a week apparently so they can use the vouchers in superdrug and get a enough to sink the navy in one fell swoop.
