Ok, cool, I get the IC too. I read that article - but it was very superficial.

What reporting are they referring to? Do they mean companies' "Annual reports?"

Perhaps answers to the above are alluded to in referred to RY article.....can you paste any of that please? I can't find it in a google....otherwise I would.
