It's a pretty ungenerous price at £1.15. I put the value at around £1.30 based on asset value alone.
Still, we're all in this for a profit and Lone Star will be the same. I might hold on for a short while to see if a counteroffer appears, but since the current price is at the Offer price and it's a Recommended Offer, no-one seems to be expecting anything higher.
Only bought into this a few months back so can't complain too much about the return. It will offset a lot of red ink elsewhere.
