I see my holding in the subject is up about a third this morning on talks of a tie in with Cobham.

Well that's another fillip upwards - is that it? £35 per share cash offer, so forty pennies to go. I'll have another look but I'm minded to just let this transact naturally in my broker and wait for the money.

That's likely to be the better option. I understand that profits from takeovers are exempt from CGT when one's shares are compulsorily purchased for cash.

And no dealing costs either!
