I must be missing something.
No one has made any comment on the offer by Parker for MGGT of £8.00 per share and yet the market price is only c.7.28.
I understand that the div will not be paid/is regarded as included within the £8 offer price but were we expecting a div of 73 pence per share.

<The Board concluded that it was prudent not to pay a final dividend for 2019, and in light of ongoing challenging market conditions, the Board did not recommend the payment of an interim or final dividend for 2020. >
