Her appointment takes immediate effect. In addition, the Company announces that Jim Prower, currently Independent Non-Executive Director, intends to resign from the PRS REIT and is therefore not putting himself forward for re-election at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 4 December 2023. His resignation will take effect immediately after the completion of the AGM.

The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate investment trust that invests in high-quality, new build family homes in the private rented sector, is pleased to declare an interim quarterly dividend of 1.0 pence per ordinary share in respect of the first quarter (July - September) of the financial year ending 30 June 2024.

Ninety per cent. (0.9 pence) of the dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution ("PID"), with the balance (0.1 pence) paid as a Non-PID.

The dividend will be payable on 1 December 2023, to shareholders on the register on 10 November 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 9 November 2023.
