Another one bites the dust ?

RPC GROUP has announced peliminary discussions with Apollo Global Management and Bain Capital regarding an offer for the Company.

And this one has only recently knocked on the HYP door. I bought in a couple of tranches in January and June this year. Perhaps yield as a proxy for value here and Appollo have noticed the value too? Still it might come to nothing and if it does I'll grab a 10% capital gain in less than a year and a divi too boot. There are worse problems related to loosing shares.
