Will a White (or Fat) Knight follow Day to rescue Bonmarche?

Mobile Streams (MOS) layoffs cost of £290k. Leaves £219k cash. CEO and both NEDs volunteer a salary deferral of 50%. Reduces global operating expenses of approximately 62%. SO they are desperate but board won't actually redice their own pay.
Integumen (SKIN) £2.5m placing at 1.4p, a 19% discount to fund acquisition of RinoCloud for £3m. It's "transformational for our Labskin AI business and follows a five-month collaboration and three years of external development."
Tasty (TAST) Placing and Open Offer to raise up to £3.25m at 4p, a 33% discount. Will cut debt and keep the lights on.
Bonmarche (BON) prepares a weak defence to Philip Day's mandatory offer at 11.445p. It materially undervalues Bonmarché and the board "it had been planning a number of cost reduction actions." It will talk to Day.
