Vanguard Global Aggregate Bond UCITS ETF (VAGP)

I see that Vanguard have recently launched a new Global Aggregate Bond fund (UCITS ETF), VAGP.

OCF: 0.10%

The fund "tracks an investment index with more than 23,500 constituents – bonds issued by companies and governments across a range of countries".

What level of yield is it likely to offer? It's not going to terribly exciting, but how far above cash would it be? The other question would be what level of capital gain or loss is likely from a global shift in interest rates down, or up.
