Saw an elderly man get out of his car to escort an even more elderly woman, whom I can only assume to be his mother, to a care home. To reduce the walk he parked on double yellow lines.
Second later and WHACK! Parking ticket on the windscreen.
And if he takes much longer I might give him another one.
