Can anyone assist Bouleversee?
Lost within the lengthy site outage Topic is the following:
Email received from Bouleversee as follows:
"Bouleversee has asked me to alert Stooz to the fact that although she can get on to the website without any problems and read most posts (some require registering/logging in before reading further) , it doesn't allow her to post or thank without logging in again which is impossible as it doesn't recognise her log-in details and as her private message box has disappeared it would appear that she is no longer registered. Stooz sorted this out on the previous occasion it happened and she trusts he will be able to do so again in due course. There may be others with the same problem who are unable to communicate."
She is, of course, still registered memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=1240
I'll report this post in the hope that stooz, who should hold her email address, might see it.

Thanks John, on Bouleversee's behalf.
Do you know if the admin email address shown at the footer (suitably adapted) is actually functioning?
If so, stooz should have an email direct from Bouleversee but the current situation is she can access TLF but can't log-in, despite having received a replacement password.

It should be as far as I know.

That’s because she’s unable to log-in, although she has been reading this thread (and others)!
I have tried to alert those in the know via this Topic but ...

Re: Can anyone assist Bouleversee?
Just got around to checking my emails and indeed Stooz has now managed to get rid of whatever gremlin had intervened and life has returned to normal, well so far as TLF is concerned, anyway. Many thanks for not giving up on me Stooz. I have missed you all and look forward to catching up on matters of interest when I can find the time. I wish you all a very merry Christmas and a prosperous new year. My ridiculously over-diversified portfolio appears to have done amazingly well this year, despite one or two realised losses. I shall be rechecking my figures after Christmas as it seems too good to be true as well as too good to last.

Merry Christmas Lorna, I'm glad you are back.
Thanks also to Stooz for fixing it, and to all the helpful posters who highlighted Lorna's plight.

Yes, I should have particularly thanked PinkDalek for acting as intermediator since I could not communicate directly with Stooz without his help. I hope the Administrator Page is no longer disabled so that others in the same position as I was but without a personal contact can get back on to the boards. My case could, of course, have been unique.

Having now backtracked on this board, I see that thanks are also due to Red Sturgeon. I really appreciate all efforts to get me back in the family, especially since I don't have much wisdom to contribute.

I have a similar problem and keep going around in circles with the log-in, the only way I can post on the site was to register under a new name, password and email

The admin contact page is not required. If you look at the bottom of this page (or any page for that matter), you will see:
To contact the owners send an email to stooz at lemonfool .co .uk
Obviously you need to reformat this into an email address such as abc@orangefool.co.uk

Re: Can anyone assist Bouleversee?
Thank you for your help getting Ricksure back on board, I searched the site to find a way of getting in touch and never saw the message "email stooz at lemonfool" in the blurb at the bottom of the page, I tried the "team" but had to be logged in and tried "board administrator" as It advised if you have problems logging in to your account but page was disabled however hopefully Ricksure is a Lemonfool again but traveling in India at the moment and will try logging in again as Ricksure when I get back to my laptop in Goa
Many thanks Lemonfools for your help and hope you all have a wonderful and prosperous New Year
