We plan to make some carrot cake muffins next but only have bread flour.
It says it needs 1 tsp each of baking powder and baking soda for 195gm of flour (1 1/2 cups).
Do I need to increase the raising powders or not, please?

Never made with bread flour, I suspect it will be heavy.
Look forward to your results for when I run out

Re: Bread Flour and Baking Powder?
The muffins turned out really well! Bootiful!
We added one and a half tsp each of the raising agents i.e. 50% extra to the bread flour.
It was with slight regret that we gave one to the Tesco food delivery driver but he was delighted!
