Latest news from Lincolnshire
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-l ... e-54150913
Cannabis plants with a street value of more than half a million pounds have been found in underground bunkers constructed from shipping containers.
Police raided a farm at Skendleby, Lincolnshire, after being tipped off by their counterparts in Spain.
Officers not only found the containers buried 20ft underground but 300 tonnes of illegal waste, 22 horses, six stolen cars and a Llama.
That llama, eh ? (and why does it get a capital letter?)

Re: Latest news from Lincolnshire
Let me get this straight. They built their own bunkers out of shipping containers? Sounds like a lot of unnecessary work, that.

Re: Latest news from Lincolnshire
Reference to "street value' is for sensation, attention seeking.
Presumably there's a manufacturing cost, wholesale or supplier value and a price to dealers. the only person(s) that would be expected to pay 'street value' are those that cannot get discount.
DAK what the mark-up is?

That's a question I wouldn't ask on a public forum. Priti Patel's spooks are probably onto the case already. So why would this BnC person, whoever he is, want to know how much profit he could make, huh? And how come he's always so bright and cheerful, huh?
The plot thickens. Better pack an overnight bag just in case.

Re: Latest news from Lincolnshire
Asking about the mark-up is a long way from how much profit I could make.
The mark-up on greengrocery is at least 100% but I wouldn't want to become a greengrocer
i'm always bright and cheerful because at the time I had to come up with a user name that was all I could think of. Perhaps if I had to come up with a user name today i would think of something different. Such as 'something different'.

"Somewhat Older" if you had to change today
At least you are still cheerful, even if your apparent magnitude has declined
