Hi Turf,
Yes, but the latest date for the cash appears to be 15th June (I'd expect it rather before but don't bet on it!)
Best wishes,
Steve

Re: RSA Insurance Group PLC (RSA)
And so goes yet another UK financial institution. My first job was with the 'R' bit of RSA and I am sorry to see it disappear. In its day it was a good company and decent employer. From an investor's point of view though, I cannot believe that it will be much missed.

Re: RSA Insurance Group PLC (RSA)
The last day of trading was supposed to be 28 May - yet the share price is still showing in Google Finance
I have a spreadsheet which price tracks my shares and normally the price disappears when the shares are delisted
They are also still showing in my holdings on EQI but Buy/Sell is not available
I suspect it will disappear overnight

The cash has arrived in my AJ Bell account.
Another single-share income-holding gone, through natural causes this time, with the capital to be rotated into my growing income-IT collection, no doubt...
Cheers,

Re: RSA Insurance Group PLC (RSA)
I have RSA with Halifax and as noted on some other threads they're never the promptest with payment delivery. Annoyingly tomorrow is a regular investment day for me and their payment could have rolled into tomorrow's picks. Oh well next month.

Re: RSA Insurance Group PLC (RSA)
I don't think it's a bad result for shareholders given the poor share price performance for many years!

A cheque (remember those?) arrived in the post today for the certificated part of my holding.

Re: RSA Insurance Group PLC (RSA)
I guess I was lucky with RSA. I bought them in December 2004, topped up in March 2012, subscribed to the rights issue in April 2014 and got taken out in June 2021. Over that period my XIRR has been 9.5%, which doesn't feel too shabby for such a maligned share...
They were originally bought as part of a HYP holding, but the received cash has now been reinvested in an IT (PEY: PEYS.LSE) as I slowly morph from HYP to something a bit less hands-on. My HYP was a little heavy in financials and insurers, so this was an opportunity to re-allocate funds to something different...
