A while ago I came across a word or phrase coined by Pavel to describe a method of strength training based more on " little and often".
Rather than do weights or kettlebell until failure, it was less onerous but just as effective.
I have had a look around but not found the descriptive phrase that I am looking for.
It is not "minimalist".

Blimey, who thought of calling it that? Still, as Eric Morecambe used to say, they can't touch you for it these days.
