Hi,
completing a recently deceased persons last (2019/20) tax return. I have found the following payments in their bank statements. This persons partner died in the previous tax year.
WFP - Winter Fuel payment
SP - Supporting post?? Is this a payment you get after your spouse dies?
AA - Attendance Allowance
XB - Xmas bonus?
Which of these are declarable as income or can they be ignored??
Got a credit card? use our Credit Card & Finance Calculators

SP is surely State Pension ( DWP SP ) and usually is subject to income tax, one way or another.

Yes, SP is State Pension. On the bank statement it is usually shown as "SP [NI number]". Taxable.
