Is there a general view of this offering?
As outlined it would satisy my requirements for an ISA addition.
Always it is what is not said but that others might know that carries weight.
I've been topping up with various property IPO's and reason says I have enough but if it is tasty and solid perhaps I'm ready for more in the sector.

Perhaps IPO investors need to be tempted by "interesting business opportunities" rather than packaged investments available from other managers.
